Kegel Exercises
Kegel exercises are also called PC muscle stretches, but they are commonly used to train the “figure eight muscles” and the lower pelvic muscles, including the urethral sphincter muscles and anal sphincter muscles. Stretching was originally designed to prevent urinary leakage, but there have been many reports that it has improved the quality of orgasms and it has come to be used to increase sensitivity. PC muscles, of course, and the urethral sphincter and anal sphincter muscles, you can now move them freely as you seek pleasure without even thinking about it.
